Masterclasses allow the audience to experience firsthand how chamber music is refined and brought to a whole new level. Members of the Horszowski Trio will work with students from our Chamber Music Intensive, offering insights on interpretation and style. Hailed by The New Yorker as “destined for great things,” the Horszowski Trio (Hor-SHOV-ski) takes inspiration from musicianship, integrity, and humanity of its namesake, the great pianist Mieczysław Horszowski. Concert engagements have taken them on tour throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, and Hong Kong. The Trio is based in New York City, and is Ensemble-in-Residence at Boston's Longy School of Music.
